Cisco Collaboration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Cisco collaboration solutions including CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX, and Webex
• Gather and analyze client requirements to develop scalable solution designs
• Collaborate with network engineers to ensure seamless integration with network infrastructure
• Perform system upgrades and deployments with minimal downtime
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for collaboration products
• Follow industry best practices for security, performance, and reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Cisco Collaboration Engineer
• Expertise in CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX, and Cisco Webex
• Knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, SIP, QoS, and VLANs
• Understanding of VoIP technologies, codecs, and codec negotiation
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network and collaboration issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration
