Circuit Provisioner Telecom

Responsibilities

• Manage the order process including validating technical specs and documenting orders
• Provision high-end Telecom services by placing orders via multiple Carrier systems
• Coordinate new service delivery and turn up with Carriers
• Track delivery milestone dates and resolve order issues
• Coordinate with Carriers to obtain DLR and FOC for orders
• Issue orders for various bandwidth types including Broadband, T1, EOC, FastE & GigE
• Work with Carrier Project Managers on construction jobs or escalations
• Function as the first point of contact for provisioning issues with Carriers

Requirements

• Working understanding of telecommunications services (POTS, T1, PRI, VoIP, SIP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Strong organizational and research skills
