Circuit Procurement Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement of internet circuits for multi-dwelling units (MDUs)
• Develop and manage relationships with telecom carriers, ISPs, and aggregators
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, bulk agreements, and SLAs across property portfolios
• Evaluate circuit options based on property size, density, and bandwidth demand
• Partner with network engineering to align circuit selection with Wi-Fi design standards
• Coordinate circuit ordering, installation, and turn-up timelines
• Maintain accurate inventory of circuits, contracts, and billing details
• Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance
• Support escalation and resolution of circuit outages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in telecom procurement or ISP/vendor management
• Strong understanding of high-density network requirements and circuit types (fiber, DIA, broadband, wireless)
• Proven ability to negotiate telecom contracts at scale
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement platforms
• Excellent project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-family housing, MDUs, or hospitality environments
• Experience with MikroTik & Ruckus
• Experience with managed WiFi networks
