CIO Corporate Functions Technology, SVP

Responsibilities

• Manage technology strategy and implementation for corporate functions including HR, Audit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Real Estate
• Lead a large, global technology delivery team through vendor integrations, legacy management, and new builds
• Drive large-scale technology transformations, including the adoption of GenAI and cloud/SaaS solutions
• Manage large labor and non-labor budgets with high accuracy and rationalize vendor landscapes to achieve cost savings
• Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic direction, initiative planning, and risk remediation
• Oversee talent development and optimize the global workforce footprint

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
• Strong expertise in corporate systems, including proprietary builds and vendor integrations
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations and change management
• Strong risk management and financial management skills
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
