Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors and producers to develop the visual approach for each project and execute it on set
• Own camera, lighting, and grip setup across a range of productions including commercials, brand films, and interviews
• Work within real-world budget constraints to deliver premium results
• Offload footage, build DaVinci Resolve projects, and maintain organization from shoot through post
• Color grade projects and handle final exports from raw footage
• Adapt to and help improve the agency's production workflow

Requirements

• Based in the Bay Area (San Francisco preferred) with ability to be on set 3–4 days per week
• Strong technical foundation in camera systems, lighting, and grip
• Prior cinematography experience required
• Proficiency in color grading and editing using DaVinci Resolve
• Must have a car
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with shifting timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of exposure index, dynamic range, and lens characteristics
• Ability to innovate and problem-solve within budget constraints
• High attention to detail regarding lighting and composition
