About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the integral preparation of housing units, both interior and exterior, to ensure proper functionality and equipment.
- Manage the use and maintenance of minor equipment and tools on-site to guarantee optimal working conditions.
- Implement measures to prevent material waste and manage costs effectively.
- Lead and organize piece-rate personnel (personal de destajo) to foster efficient teamwork.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction indices, including NPS and eNPS within the construction scope.
- Ensure compliance with monthly objectives and annual performance cycles.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Proven experience in team leadership and managing personnel.
- Strong ability to coordinate projects based on time, quality, and cost constraints.
- Deep knowledge of fine finishes (acabados finos).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer orientation and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in delegating tasks and decision-making to direct reports.
- Ability to identify and resolve both evident and hidden technical problems using rigorous logical methods.
- Proficiency in communicating organizational vision and purpose effectively.
