CI Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and steer the end-to-end Continuous Improvement (CI) portfolio, aligning initiatives to strategy, capacity, and business impact
• Run a robust intake and stage-gate governance process to ensure value-backed initiatives move forward
• Maintain portfolio health by balancing demand versus capacity and managing work prioritization
• Strengthen the CI operating model by enforcing role clarity and clean handoffs across coaches and project managers
• Drive transparency and value realization through KPI tracking, credible baselines, and benefits validation
• Ensure improvements are embedded into Supply Chain Management Systems, standard work, and process ownership
• Lead and develop the Improvement Delivery team, including a Project Manager and a CI Coach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• 8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, CI, or OpEx with proven program-level impact
• Strong portfolio governance experience, including prioritization, stage gates, and capacity management
• Proven people leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing professionals
• Deep Lean and structured problem-solving capability (A3, PDCA, DMAIC)
• Data-driven and financially literate, with the ability to work with KPIs and benefits validation
• Strong business acumen to translate trade-offs into service, cost, and strategic impact
