CI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Champion the Athens plant IL6S journey, focusing on loss intelligence, eradication, and prevention across processes, people, and machines
• Provide support on AM Pillar steps implementation
• Coach core teams to identify and analyze losses and develop solutions using FI/Lean problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, RCA, SMED, and Pareto
• Participate in daily management meetings and monthly/annual loss analysis processes
• Utilize PDCA to track performance and develop action plans to meet or exceed site targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing unit
• Understanding of manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes (IL6S, statistical methods, loss analysis)
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions
• Proven Project Management experience
• Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
• Excellent command of the English language
