CI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing concepts and process layouts for air filter parts
• Supervise launching performance and lead project transfers
• Support the CI process team with quality and process improvement initiatives
• Specify required machines, tools, and fixtures according to available standards
• Conduct Process FMEA and contribute to Design FMEA
• Setup and update Standardized Work Charts
• Verify manufacturing feasibility and ensure process capability and equipment safety
• Lead new process and technology roll-outs within the team
• Prepare CAPEX requests for required capital equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 4 years of relevant work experience in Production Planning
• Strong knowledge of Lean Production principles, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S
• Experience with APQP tools including FMEA, SPC, and MSA
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
