Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year blended curriculum including classroom instruction, webinars, and on-the-job learning
• Manage and resolve a broad range of claims with integrity, empathy, and expertise
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to provide winning solutions
• Contribute to team results through challenging business assignments and group projects
• Engage with executive leaders and mentors to build professional networks and leadership skills

Requirements

• University degree with strong academic grades
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate and interpret information
• Exceptional oral and written communication and negotiation skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Digitally savvy and technically adept
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
