Christian Dior Counter Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the counter team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences through personalised skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through expert clienteling and follow-up
• Ensure the counter environment is impeccably merchandised, clean, and aligned with Dior’s brand standards
• Manage daily operations including rostering, stock control, and inventory accuracy
• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and service skills
• Collaborate with store management and Dior representatives to execute brand initiatives and promotional events

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and inspiring a retail or beauty team
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-end luxury client experiences
• Strong track record of managing sales targets and KPIs
• Expertise in clienteling and proactive customer follow-up
• Experience in merchandising and stock control
• Valid Australian working rights
