About the role
Responsibilities
- Scope, plan, and coordinate maintenance activities at the Clarence CHPP to meet operational needs safely and efficiently
- Develop the weekly CHPP maintenance plan, including both planned and corrective work orders
- Manage spare parts in the CHPP store, including ordering, managing deliveries, and maintaining min/max stock levels
- Collate scheduled work orders and ensure the correct Safe Work Procedures (SWP) are attached to each
- Demonstrate work health and safety leadership and comply with site Health & Safety Management Systems
- Provide input into incident and near-miss investigations and complete assigned corrective actions
- Monitor contractor and visitor compliance with site safety requirements and PPE usage
- Communicate emerging maintenance issues to the CHPP Process Coordinator and management team
- Provide operational and maintenance support, including shift coverage if required
Requirements
- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Electrician
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a CHPP planner, supervisor, or similar maintenance role
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Supervisor Training (S1, S2, S3 / RIIRIS301, RIIOHS301, RIICOM301)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Project)
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills for report writing
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate Certificate in Asset & Maintenance Management
- Post-trade training in Maintenance Planning
- Training in Incident Investigation
- RIIRIS402 (G2) certification
- Current Order 43/45 Pre-Placement Health Assessment
