Chinese Ethical Auditor (CSCA)

Responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing sites of client suppliers across Southeast Asia, primarily focusing on Chinese-founded factories
• Conduct audits regarding labor rights, health and safety, and environmental security
• Work with interpreters for verification, interviews, and data analysis
• Submit high-quality audit reports in a timely manner
• Maintain high integrity and vigilance when interacting with factory management

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related major
• APSCA CSCA level certification
• Strong knowledge of social audit frameworks and criteria
• Experience in 3rd party auditing
• Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to travel within Southeast Asia

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications in social compliance audit schemes such as SLCP, BSCI, WRAP, or ESCP
