China Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales in China by capturing growth opportunities and managing distribution
• Achieve sales budgets for Global Key Accounts (GKAs) located in China
• Implement commercial excellence through accurate budget forecasting, pricing power, and Salesforce reporting
• Monitor the competitor landscape, tracking both Asian and global players in the China market
• Develop new products and applications by liaising with R&I and tolling teams to drive innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of business experience within the chemical industry
• Proven track record in key account management and developing structured strategic approaches
• Ability to articulate compelling strategies for large, sophisticated corporations
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface across different organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in the Food & Beverage or Flavor & Fragrance sectors
• High level of motivation, ambition, and result orientation
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and awareness
