China ECM Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence including valuation analysis for primary, secondary, and other capital market offerings
• Represent the firm at meetings with corporate management teams and sell-side syndicate desks
• Work with the global team to expand the firm's presence in new areas within capital markets
• Interact with sell-side sales and research contacts
• Communicate valuation changes and investment theses to global trading teams in time-sensitive environments
• Develop and evaluate trade ideas involving fundamental catalysts or valuation insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience analyzing securities (Investment Banking, Equity Research, Buy Side or similar)
• Significant experience working on capital markets transactions
• Familiarity with accounting, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate university degree (BS/BA equivalent) or graduate work in a quantitative field
