China Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to external partners and manage onshore broker relationships
• Optimize onshore financing and execution wallets in China
• Work with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Financing teams to ensure solid agreements and market understanding
• Build onshore relationships to react quickly to market and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with Bank and Broker Management, Trading, Strategy, and Technology teams to refine regional strategy
• Represent the firm externally and travel to meet with counterparties onshore

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a broker or local securities firm
• Experience in prime, execution, financing, or treasury-focused roles
• Solid understanding of the complexities of the China market
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly to meet with counterparties
