Chiller Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle of chillers, from initial definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life.
• Serve as the central resource across design, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing departments.
• Develop business plans, market positioning, and pricing strategies to drive market share and growth.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify evolving customer needs.
• Translate product strategies into detailed technical requirements and prototypes.
• Drive product launches in collaboration with marketing, public relations, and executive leadership.
• Perform detailed calibration and performance testing of new LG models against competitive products.
• Visit customers to solicit feedback and identify product gaps to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Microsoft Excel for pricing and promotion strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-tech industries, competitive intelligence, or strategic marketing.
• Background in strategy or management consulting.
• Working knowledge of business planning and analysis concepts (e.g., COI, WOS, Sales Deduction).
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
