Chilled Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a chilled production team to deliver daily targets
• Provide coaching, on-the-job training and guidance to team members
• Oversee daily production schedules to meet customer demand
• Ensure all chilled products meet quality, specification, and presentation standards
• Monitor line performance and adjust staffing or workflow to maximise efficiency
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Use production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Requirements

• Experience as a Team Leader, Line Leader, or Production Supervisor in food manufacturing
• Understanding of chilled food production or fast-paced manufacturing
• Strong people-leadership and communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work a 4-day week including Friday to Monday shifts
