ChildWatch Lead

Responsibilities

• Nurture children through purposeful activities to build relationships
• Plan, lead, and participate in activities and lesson implementation
• Manage daily operations within the ChildWatch rooms
• Supervise staff to ensure assigned duties are performed correctly
• Assist with opening, closing, and staff training
• Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Maintain positive relationships with members and participants
• Maintain program site, equipment, and required records

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of childcare experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days
• Ability to pass criminal background, sex-offender, and drug screenings
