At least 17 years of age, Ability to lift 40lbs, CPR/First Aid certification required within 30 days, High school Diploma/GED preferred, 12 months experience with children preferred

Responsibilities
- Engage with children ranging from 6 weeks to 13 years old
- Maintain a safe and fun environment for kids
- Provide high-quality customer service to parents and members
- Uphold YMCA core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, respect, and faith
Requirements
- At least 17 years of age
- Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass drug screen, criminal history, and sex offender checks
- Must obtain CPR/First Aid & Safety certification within 30 days of employment
- High school Diploma/GED preferred
- 12 months experience working with children preferred
