About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach and conduct classes in a fun and structured way to help children accomplish motor development goals
- Provide individual and group instruction to children ages 2-12
- Interact with parents, teachers, directors, and management on a daily basis
- Maintain up-to-date class rosters
- Ensure children are supervised and safe at all times
- Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled classes
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to local schools
- Ability to pass a background check
- Energetic, patient, attentive, and reliable personality
- Passion for sports, fitness, and working with children
- Prior experience working with children is a plus
- Background in fitness, athletics, dance, or kinesiology is a plus
- Early Childhood Education units are a plus
