About the role
Responsibilities
- Show up on time to class and be physically and mentally prepared
- Interact with parents, teachers, directors, children and management daily
- Teach and conduct classes in a fun and structured way to help children accomplish motor development goals
- Provide individual and group instruction to children ages 2-12
- Maintain supervision of children and up-to-date class rosters
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to local schools
- Ability to pass a background check
- Energetic, patient, attentive, and reliable personality
- Passion for sports, fitness, and working with children
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children (preschool teacher, camp counselor, etc.)
- Background in fitness, athletics, dance, gymnastics, or kinesiology
- Early Childhood Education Units
