Children's Ministry Sunday Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, fun, gospel-centered environment for children ages 0 through preschool age
• Engage in physical activity including playing with children on the floor and picking up children
• Perform childcare duties such as changing diapers and taking children to the bathroom
• Maintain cleanliness by disinfecting classrooms and toys
• Assist with classroom setup and teaching as needed
• Communicate effectively with parents and lead volunteers in the classroom

Requirements

• Availability on Sundays from 8:15 am to 1:00 pm
• Ability to work on Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, and Lessons and Carols Sunday
• Commitment to serve for at least 1 year from start date
• Attendance at mandatory annual training sessions
• Adherence to attendance policies regarding absences and notice periods
