Children's Ministry Evening Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the delivery of curriculum during class time
• Send weekly emails to volunteers and staff regarding updates and schedules
• Organize and lead regular meetings with volunteers and staff
• Set up and take down the greeter table and organize classrooms
• Greet and assign tasks to paid staff and volunteers
• Greet children, families, and visitors
• Run evening meetings and lead the class through weekly lessons
• Maintain classroom ratios and redistribute volunteers as needed
• Collect and maintain accurate attendance records
• Clean classroom spaces and return supplies to assigned containers

Requirements

• Available Sunday evenings from 4:15 PM to 7:00 PM
• Available for 2 hours during the week for administrative duties
• Ability to work on Easter and at least one Sunday during winter holidays
• Ability to work on Lessons and Carols Sunday
• Must pass Redeemer background check

• Experience in curriculum implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Warm and engaging personality
• Ability to lead staff and volunteers in a classroom setting
