Childcare Animator

Responsibilities

• Care for children aged 8 weeks to 12 years in a dedicated childcare setting
• Implement a varied program involving movement, play, and creativity
• Organize and accompany children's birthdays, events, animation, and holiday camps
• Act as an empathetic and solution-oriented contact person for parents and children
• Implement the Aspria concept and ensure quality assurance in childcare

Requirements

• Experience in childcare (ideally with babies and toddlers) or in children's animation/holiday care
• Empathy and joy in working with children, including large groups
• Independent and empathetic way of working within a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Good German skills; English skills are desirable
