About the role
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in home or center-based settings
- Build communication, social, and daily living skills through play and shared activities
- Follow a relationship-based intervention model to achieve strong outcomes
- Track progress by documenting session notes and goal outcomes
- Collaborate with clinicians and supervisors to build clinical skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (must be 18+)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks including playing on the floor and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
