Child Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and maintain sponsorship databases (SSUI/HOPE and GN) to ensure data integrity and security.
• Oversee child data management, including timely entry of monitoring data and reconciliation of community lists.
• Provide technical support for sponsorship operations, including preparing families for sponsorship and managing correspondence.
• Generate accurate sponsorship reports and data analysis to inform programming and decision-making.
• Supervise community child monitors and support the implementation of sponsorship requirements like gift notifications and distributions.
• Maintain custody of confidential sponsorship records and individual child files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven background in data management, data analysis, and computer operations.
• Experience in managing child sponsorship and communicating with Support Offices.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Basic facilitating and organizing skills for community-based training and activities.
