Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technology leader and strategic partner to executive leadership
• Oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, and systems for a multi-site organization
• Lead digital transformation, including modernization of legacy systems and process automation
• Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap focused on scalability and cybersecurity
• Manage enterprise systems including ERP, property management software, and CRM platforms
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and data protection
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and management of external partners
• Build and maintain secure IT infrastructure for corporate and field operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team
• Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
• Required experience in real estate, property management, construction, or facilities management
• Proven experience managing IT strategy for organizations with 500+ employees
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity
• Experience leading digital transformation and system integration initiatives
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business goals
• Experience managing IT budgets and driving cost-effective solutions
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
