Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead platform architecture decisions and manage ongoing re-platforming initiatives with rigor and pragmatism
• Bridge the gap between product-engineering and go-to-market priorities to ensure technical execution aligns with business goals
• Drive the adoption of AI tooling and modern product development practices across the entire engineering organization
• Build organizational bench strength by developing internal talent and shaping team composition
• Represent the company's technology vision credibly in conversations with customers, investors, and the board
• Maintain business continuity while leading the organization through significant architectural and cultural transformations

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including executive-level roles in enterprise SaaS or healthcare
• Deep architectural expertise with a proven track record of managing large-scale re-platforming programs
• Demonstrated experience leading a technology organization through significant resets (new architecture, new ways of working, or new team composition)
• Strong knowledge of AI and modern product development practices
• Proven ability to operate at the intersection of product and engineering
• Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience working within highly regulated industries
