Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long-term technology vision and roadmap for the Cloud9 platform
• Lead global software engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA, and technical operations teams
• Execute an AI-centric augmented engineering strategy to modernize code and automate QA
• Partner with Product and Sales heads to align technical goals with business objectives
• Own Cloud9 cybersecurity strategy, secure development lifecycle, and incident response readiness
• Engage directly with strategic customers, regulators, and partners as the senior technology representative

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in technology/engineering
• 10+ years in engineering management leading multiple global functions
• Proven success as a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leader in B2B SaaS, fintech, or communications
• Mandatory experience with trading floor systems and global capital markets
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical, high-availability platforms
• Experience with complex systems spanning cloud operations, deployed hardware, and remote management
• Extensive experience with Linux/Windows production workloads and cloud technology
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of realtime communications, media, voice systems, or unified communications platforms
• Experience with acquisitions, post-merger integration, or international expansion
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in workflow automation or analytics
