Chief Technology Officer, SVP

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technology point of accountability for clients, translating needs and strategic initiatives into coordinated execution
• Partner with business leadership to align technology strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities with business objectives
• Own and drive application and infrastructure modernization, including the definition and governance of multi-year roadmaps
• Accountable for the overall technology risk posture, including operational resilience, cyber risk, and audit outcomes
• Manage technology priorities and sequencing across run, change, and remediation efforts
• Act as the primary technology escalation point for material incidents, risks, and delivery issues
• Oversee patch, vulnerability, and configuration management to ensure timely remediation of critical exposures
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology operating model, including decision rights and governance forums

Requirements

• Senior technology leadership experience in complex, regulated, and client-facing environments
• Proven ability to manage technology risk, resilience, and regulatory obligations
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct client engagement
• Broad technical depth across infrastructure, applications, identity, and cybersecurity
• Experience managing budgetary controls and financial responsibility for technology initiatives
