Responsibilities

• Own Nova Credit's technology and product strategy across Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Science, and Product & Design
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to elevate platform reliability, scalability, and strategic impact
• Identify opportunities where AI creates competitive advantage and accelerates development
• Serve as an expert coach and mentor to a team of managers across multiple functions
• Represent Nova Credit externally as a thought leader to customers, partners, and regulators
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier technical and product talent

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years in an executive role owning multiple technical and product functions at a high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of building and shipping complex systems
• Experience leading layered organizations through managers
• Strong product sensibility with the ability to translate market opportunities into roadmaps
• AI fluency with practical experience guiding teams on AI application
• Exceptional executive communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
