Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive technology strategy aligned with business goals to accelerate growth and competitive advantage
• Ensure trading infrastructure supports high-volume, low-latency trading with maximum uptime
• Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering an innovative and high-performance culture
• Drive technological innovation for trading platforms, back-office systems, and client-facing applications
• Oversee the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures to protect client data and company assets
• Manage relationships with software vendors and technology partners
• Optimize IT infrastructure performance to meet high transaction volumes and fast execution speeds
• Stay abreast of industry trends and propose the adoption of new technologies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology, preferably within financial services or the trading industry
• 5+ years in a leadership position such as CTO or Director of Engineering
• Proven experience with trading platforms, specifically MT4 and MT5
• Extensive background in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management
• Strong track record of executing technology strategies that drive business growth
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in East Slavic languages
• Ability to work onsite from our Cyprus office
