Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Position Ericsson as a strategic partner for operators through vision, thought leadership, and technology advisory in Jordan.
• Drive and support a 5G acceleration strategy to increase market share in Radio and transport sectors.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer CTO organizations, providing technical rationale for 5G deployments.
• Engage with VP and Director-level stakeholders to demonstrate TCO benefits and Ericsson's value proposition.
• Orchestrate local technology events, such as roadshows, and participate in regulatory and market events.
• Support business development and key account organizations to secure end-to-end solution opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in technical or pre-sales roles.
• Deep technical understanding of 5G, Radio interface, network planning, or optimization.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with high-level decision makers.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced technologies including Virtualization, OpenRAN, IoT, and mMIMO.
• Cultural understanding of the Jordanian market.
• Deep technical knowledge of Ericsson Radio & Transport portfolios.
