Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives
• Drive technological innovation and research and development initiatives
• Oversee product architecture and technology infrastructure design
• Manage and lead high-performing technology teams
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
• Optimize technological resources and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in the energy sector (renewable energy, oil & gas, or utilities)
• Proven expertise in technology strategy execution
• Strong technical foundation across multiple domains
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading digital transformation in the energy sector
• Familiarity with smart grid systems, renewable energy management, or industrial IoT
• Track record of scaling technology in regulated industries
• Knowledge of energy sector compliance and cybersecurity
• MBA or advanced business certification
