Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical vision for Derivnex platform architecture and engineering roadmap
• Oversee distributed ledger infrastructure and DAML smart-contract systems on Canton Network
• Build secure, scalable systems for real-time collateral, margin, settlement, and lifecycle events
• Lead engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams for institutional-grade reliability
• Partner with trading, operations, legal, and risk teams to automate OTC derivatives workflows
• Drive platform security, governance, operational resilience, and external stakeholder representation

Requirements

• Strong understanding of OTC derivatives and post-trade lifecycle management
• Deep knowledge of collateral management and settlement workflows
• Expertise in blockchain technology, distributed systems, and smart-contract infrastructure
• Experience with crypto payments, tokenized settlement, and digital asset infrastructure
• Proven track record leading high-performance engineering organizations
• Strong understanding of security architecture, cryptography, and resilient financial infrastructure
• Experience with DAML, Canton Network, or privacy-enabled blockchain platforms
• Background in capital markets, digital assets, or financial market infrastructure
• Experience operating within regulated institutional environments
