Chief Technology Officer (AI & Platform)

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company’s overall technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
• Lead architecture decisions across AI platforms, enterprise applications, data infrastructure, and cloud-native systems
• Architect advanced AI systems including knowledge/reasoning architectures and intelligent workflow automation
• Champion an AI-assisted software development lifecycle leveraging automation and AI agents
• Build, scale, and mentor high-performing, geographically distributed engineering organizations
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align technology roadmaps with business needs
• Ensure platform scalability, resilience, and compliance with security standards like SOC2 and OWASP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience leading architecture and engineering for enterprise-scale SaaS platforms
• Deep expertise in AI and machine learning platforms and intelligent systems
• Strong background in software development, cloud-native systems, and distributed systems architecture
• Extensive experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
• Demonstrated success scaling software engineering organizations and leading complex technology transformations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field
• Experience leading large-scale organizational and technical transformation initiatives across globally distributed teams
• Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value
