Responsibilities

• Lead a high-powered team of recruiting professionals to identify top talent through creative sourcing and networking
• Establish and manage an internal executive search firm capability
• Act as a business partner to BU Heads and the management team regarding Talent Acquisition
• Market compelling opportunities to passive candidates using creative tools
• Utilize systems, technology, and metrics to improve hiring quality and reduce cycle time

Requirements

• Proven experience managing numerous executive or mission-critical searches
• Background in a search firm or a corporate recruiting leadership role
• Experience establishing an internal corporate executive search capability
• Expertise in leveraging recruitment technology and applying hiring metrics
• Strong ability to source passive candidates through networking and creative methods
