About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term business strategy for the Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) business area
- Own the end-to-end commercial strategy, including deal structuring, pricing frameworks, and contract governance
- Lead strategic planning cycles in partnership with senior leadership to ensure market competitiveness
- Execute business development strategies to expand the customer base, partner ecosystem, and addressable market
- Establish commercial policies and approval frameworks that enable business velocity and margin protection
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP and Head of BEWS on strategic direction and commercial risks
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and industry partners
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, commercial management, or business development
- 5+ years in an executive-level or P&L-owning role within the technology industry
- Deep expertise in complex deal structuring and contract negotiation
- Proven track record of building and scaling business development functions
- Strong experience leading strategic planning processes in complex, fast-moving environments
- High commercial acumen with strong financial literacy and ability to manage deal ROI
