Chief Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Plan and define short, medium, and long-term sales objectives to achieve annual fiscal plans
• Drive business expansion by opening new markets and developing strategic alliances to complement defense product offerings
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, government stakeholders, and strategic partners
• Implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies and represent the company at international defense exhibitions and trade shows
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and geopolitical developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align product offerings with customer expectations
• Build, motivate, and manage high-performing sales and business development teams

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development
• At least 5 years in a commercial management position, preferably within the defense or engineering sectors
• Proven expertise in international negotiations, tenders, and closing high-value agreements with international Armed Forces
• Experience developing entry strategies for new markets and managing defense distribution channels
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP for data analysis and forecasting
• Strong ability to create distribution networks and negotiate strategic alliances with key stakeholders
