Chief Revenue Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage a dual-engine revenue system, overseeing global go-to-market strategy and execution for both B2C and B2B segments
• Orchestrate B2C performance in saturated markets while accelerating and structuring B2B growth through pipeline and segmentation management
• Define and drive the global revenue strategy, identifying responsible growth levers across different markets and segments
• Lead the transformation of the commercial organization, including growing B2B teams and optimizing sales models and compensation
• Optimize the full commercial cycle from acquisition and conversion to expansion and retention
• Drive both hardware and recurring revenue growth while monitoring key financial indicators such as margins and acquisition costs
• Collaborate closely with Product and Operations teams to align sales, marketing, and product strategies

Requirements

• Significant executive experience in a high-impact role such as CRO, VP of Sales, VP of Growth, or equivalent
• Proven track record of managing large-scale sales operations, specifically generating over $500M in sales
• Demonstrated experience in environments combining competitive B2C and structuring B2B segments
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of margins, costs, and profitability
• Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with rigorous operational execution
• Collaborative leadership style capable of delivering results without creating organizational friction
