Chief Product Officer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end global product strategy across all business lines, including trading, payments, wealth management, and institutional products.
• Build and drive a cohesive product ecosystem to ensure a unified user experience across all verticals.
• Scale the growth product function, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Design and implement product-led growth strategies leveraging data, experimentation, and lifecycle optimization.
• Drive AI adoption across products, including AI-powered trading tools, personalization, and intelligent user journeys.
• Lead and scale a global product organization, including product managers, growth teams, and product operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver scalable and compliant products.
• Translate business vision into clear product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and execution plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior product leader in global, high-growth environments.
• Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience leading both product and growth functions with expertise in product-led growth.
• Experience driving AI adoption within products or product organizations.
• Deep understanding of trading systems, financial products, and digital asset market user behavior.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside founders and executive teams.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
