Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the people and culture agenda, including labour relations, talent management, and organizational design
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the leadership team to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and resilient organization
- Oversee key HR functions such as learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
- Drive initiatives related to equity, inclusion, reconciliation, and organizational culture
- Manage compensation, benefits, health and wellness, and HR systems to support the museum's mission and vision

- Extensive senior leadership experience in human resources or people operations
- Proven track record of success within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
- Strong strategic vision combined with high operational acumen and pragmatism
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all levels
