Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the people and culture agenda, including labour relations, talent management, and organizational design
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the leadership team to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and resilient organization
• Oversee key HR functions such as learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
• Drive initiatives related to equity, inclusion, reconciliation, and organizational culture
• Manage compensation, benefits, health and wellness, and HR systems to support the museum's mission and vision

Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience in human resources or people operations
• Proven track record of success within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
• Strong strategic vision combined with high operational acumen and pragmatism
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all levels
