About the Company

Physical Superintelligence is an exceptionally well-funded seed-stage startup building AI systems to discover new physics at scale. Our mission is to discover and commercialize transformative physics breakthroughs with artificial superintelligence, safely and verifiably.

Responsibilities

• Scale the team by owning hiring operations and performance management
• Own the quality and efficiency of company processes including project management, legal, finance, and HR
• Run operations AI-first by deploying agentic workflows across every operating function
• Scale commercial operations by partnering with GTM leadership to define staffing and operational requirements
• Act as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier for the CEO

Requirements

• 8+ years of operating leadership at a venture-backed company
• Experience building people, compliance, and operating functions from the ground up
• Proficiency with SQL, BI tooling, and data modeling
• Experience with modern project management systems like Linear
• Ability to operate multi-agent workflows and agent frameworks
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to a founder or CEO
• Ability to work onsite at our Cambridge hub

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating within regulated industries and export control compliance
• Experience scaling internal operations at a fast-growing deep tech or AI company
• Background blending operating leadership with hands-on technical or data work
