Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day business operations across architecture, interior design, project management, and real estate verticals
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with long-term vision and growth objectives
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, forecasting, and profitability
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams while strengthening company culture
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies
• Provide strategic guidance on real estate development, project feasibility, and investment opportunities
• Act as a key representative of the organization with clients, consultants, investors, and vendors

Requirements

• 12–15 years of leadership experience in architecture, real estate, construction, or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate
• Strong expertise in business operations, finance, and strategic planning
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within architecture, design, or construction organizations
• Exposure to international business practices and global project environments
• An established network within the real estate and development ecosystem
• Proven ability to lead organizational transformation and business expansion
