Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and margin targets are achieved
• Drive structured execution through PMO governance and standardized operational frameworks
• Establish and continuously improve a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Build scalable operational models to support growth across industries and geographies
• Lead vendor performance management across hardware, data operations, and deployment partners
• Drive field service excellence through strong SLAs and customer-focused support
• Own project scope governance and implement structured workflows for milestone management
• Build a data-driven operational culture through dashboards and performance tracking

Requirements

• 12–18 years of experience in operations leadership within technology-driven organizations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, AI, Industrial Engineering, or related)
• Proven track record in Robotics, AI, Computer Vision, or Systems Integration
• Experience in high-growth, startup, or scale-up environments
• Expertise in managing end-to-end project delivery and field execution

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials
• Experience with ClickUp, Power BI, Looker, or ERP/CRM systems
