About the Company

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of HR, IT, Site Development, Franchising, and Corporate Location Operations
• Build repeatable, scalable operating systems to grow revenue and support franchisees
• Drive Year-over-Year location growth and execute M&A or new-location development strategies
• Establish and monitor KPIs across sales, operations, and financial performance
• Perform regular site visits to corporate and franchise locations to identify bottlenecks and advise corrective action
• Coordinate with regional management to address performance deficiencies
• Deliver performance reports to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Prior experience as a COO or in a senior C-suite operational role
• Demonstrated success leading operations across multiple locations or multi-state operations
• Experience developing new locations and/or executing M&A or new-market expansion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to possess or earn a Commercial Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
• MBA or Master’s Degree
• Executive or senior leadership experience in a Private Equity backed organization
• Experience in Education management
