Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities for a group of companies across multiple locations
• Build and optimize key business processes including production, procurement, supply chain, and JV scaling
• Ensure effective interaction between teams, locations, and department heads
• Implement operational discipline through regular status updates, KPIs, and transparent reporting
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase speed and efficiency
• Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Build an accountability system where every process has an owner, deadlines, and expected results

Requirements

• Experience as Operations Director, COO, Head of Operations, or General Manager in a fast-growing company
• Strong understanding of business processes, financial logic, and manufacturing or technical operational models
• Proven track record of building processes from scratch or transforming chaotic processes into systems
• Proficiency in working with KPIs, management reporting, budgets, and plan-vs-actual analysis
• Strong cross-functional interaction and management skills
• High decision-making speed, systematic approach, and result orientation
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Experience in defense-tech, hardware, manufacturing, R&D, or electronics is a plus
