Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the business
• Partner with business development teams to pursue new contracts and growth opportunities
• Provide executive leadership and oversight of all Asset operations across multiple regions
• Establish operational standards for consistency, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain full profit and loss accountability for the Asset Business
• Develop annual business plans, operating budgets, and growth forecasts
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of regional leaders and project executives
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key client relationships
• Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience managing multi-site infrastructure, transportation, asset management, construction, or maintenance operations
• Proven experience managing large P&L responsibilities of $100mm+
• Demonstrated success leading organizations through aggressive growth and geographic expansion
• Strong operational execution expertise combined with a business development mindset
• Proven ability to select, negotiate, and manage subcontractors and agreements
• State DOT experience is highly desired
• Experience with PBMC is additive
