Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the business
• Provide executive leadership and oversight of all Asset operations across multiple regions
• Maintain full profit and loss accountability for the Asset Business
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of regional leaders and project executives
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key client relationships
• Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, and cost optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience managing multi-site infrastructure, transportation, or construction operations
• Experience managing large P&L responsibilities of $100mm+
• Proven success leading organizations through aggressive growth and geographic expansion
• Ability to select, negotiate, and manage subcontractors and agreements
• Strong operational execution expertise combined with a business development mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• State DOT experience
• Experience with PBMC
